Made-to-Order Process

The process from inquiry to delivery consists of the following 5 steps. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks after the design is finalized.

STEP 1  Placing your order

You can make inquiries or consultations via our contact form, Twitter, or LINE.

 

STEP 2  Discussing the details

Please provide as much detail as possible about your desired concept (item, material, size, color, budget, etc.).

 

STEP 3  Quote issuance

Once the design details and specifications are finalized, Liebe Seele will provide you with a quote.

 

STEP 4  Production begins after payment confirmation

After confirming the quote, please make your payment within one week; production will begin once we have received your payment.

  

STEP 5  Shipment and delivery

We will confirm your delivery address, preferred delivery date, and time slot. Shipping will be handled via Yamato Transport.

 

* Payment methods will be presented when we provide the quote.
  • To avoid any issues, please place your order with plenty of time before your desired delivery date.
  • In principle, production begins after payment is confirmed.
  • Please note that late payments may result in not meeting your specified delivery date.

* Notes after payment

  • Please refrain from changing the design after prototype production has begun.
  • If you wish to make changes, you will be required to cover the additional prototype production costs.
