As this product is made of genuine leather, the nature of the materials may result in slight fuzziness, color unevenness, wrinkles, scuffs, or minor shape irregularities.

Additionally, please note that there may be minor variations in stitching width, dimensions, or finish due to the handmade nature of the construction.

(I) Daily Maintenance

  • We strongly recommend frequently removing dust and dirt with a soft, dry cloth.
  • The principle: Repeatedly wiping the leather with a dry cloth draws out the internal natural oils, which increases luster and protects the surface. This also provides a light waterproofing effect, making dry wiping a simple and effective care method.

(II) In Case of Water, Scratches, or Stains

  • If the leather gets wet from rain or other sources, immediately blot the moisture with a soft cloth and allow it to air-dry in the shade.
  • For surface-level dirt, gently wipe it away using a dedicated leather care cloth or brush, or use commercially available leather care products. Follow the same procedure as you would for water stains, and let the area air-dry after wiping.
  • Minor surface scratches can often be made less noticeable by wiping with a damp cloth. Please note that deep stains or deep scratches that have penetrated the leather cannot be removed.
  • The fact that scratches and stains cannot be completely erased is a characteristic of leather. We believe that by aiming to make them less noticeable, you will be able to enjoy your product for a longer time.

(III) Storage

  • When storing for a long period, keep the item in a well-ventilated, shaded place to prevent mold, using a breathable material (such as non-woven fabric, newspaper, or the Liebe Seele bag). Give it an occasional dry wipe.
  • Exposure to direct sunlight for long periods may cause discoloration. High temperatures may cause deformation or loss of shape. Stuffing the product with newspaper can help maintain its shape.

(IV) Other Cautions

  • Never use benzine or thinner to clean your leather goods. While these may remove oily stains, their chemicals can dissolve the finish or cause permanent spotting.
  • If using commercially available cleaners or soaps, proceed with caution, as failure to consider the leather's surface finish can result in stains, color unevenness, or damage to the material.
  • When using any maintenance product, do not apply it to the entire item at once. Always test it on an inconspicuous area first to ensure it does not cause discoloration or staining before applying it to the rest of the item.
