  • About Shipping
    1. For orders placed using Cash on Delivery or Credit Card, we ship the next day for orders received by 12:00 PM.
    2. For bank transfers, we ship within two business days after confirming your payment.
    3. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays; orders will be shipped on the following business day.
  • About Delivery
    1. Orders will be shipped via Yamato Transport (other requests are negotiable).
    2. We support delivery to Yamato Transport service centers. Please specify your desired Yamato service center (e.g., "Hold at XX Service Center") in the shipping address field when placing your order.
    3. For packaging, we use plain cardboard boxes, or depending on the product size, brown envelopes with cushioning or Yamato Transport's "Takkyubin Compact" boxes. Rest assured that all materials are opaque, and the contents cannot be identified from the outside.

  • Shipping Fees and Charges
    1. Shipping is free for a single purchase of ¥15,000 (tax included) or more.
    2. For a single purchase (per package) under ¥15,000, a shipping fee of ¥550 will be charged. Please note that Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some remote islands incur a separate fee of ¥1,000.
  • About Specifying Delivery Date and Time

You can specify a delivery date and time when placing your order.

You may set a delivery date starting from 6 days after your order date.

*Specified dates and times are estimates only. Please be aware that delays may occur due to traffic conditions on the day of delivery, even if a date and time are specified.

*If you would like the earliest possible delivery, please select "No date specified" when choosing your shipping method.
